SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHOP.RAQUELALLEGRA.COM uses UPS for all domestic delivery. For international delivery we will use either UPS or FedEx based on your selection at checkout.

Orders placed between Sunday and midnight PST Wednesday are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt, and before the weekend.

All orders received after midnight PST on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the service selected to your shipping address, and final weight of order.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages.

Prices displayed on our site are US dollars and exclusive of taxes.  If you are shipping within the United States, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California state.

Once your order is shipped we will notify you with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipped to a destination outside the United States will incur additional charges related to tax, customs and import duties levied by the recipients government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. This can range between 20% to 40% of the order value.

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
